Once you’ve received your hair, please hold it up to your ends, and if it doesn’t blend simply keep the ties attached and send it back to us for a different colour or refund.

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before AEST 1pm, and have various shipping options at checkout from express to standard. If the product is wrong when you receive it, you can absolutely return to us within 35 days provided you keep the ties attached to the hair. 

Yes, we offer a 3 month warranty when you purchase and use our specifically designed hair care products. This ensures we know that the hair is correctly maintained and is essential for the hair to stay hydrated.
