Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new extensions, so we offer a 35 day return/exchange from the date received for any hair extension product that is still in its original ties and packaging.

We suggest that you check the hair immediately and make contact with our customer service team on 1300 308 078 or if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason.

*Jadore Hair Supplies does not accept returns after 35 days of receiving your purchase.

What if I want to change the colour?

We understand it is sometimes difficult to choose the correct colour online; therefore we are pleased to offer a great exchange process.

Simply email us at with your order number and our friendly customer service team will advise you of our return address and once we receive your item, we will process the exchange free of charge.

When would my order NOT be suitable for return/exchange?

  • If you have released the ties that hold the extensions in place, you are unable to return the product for a refund or exchange.
  • It is very easy to check the colour without removing these ties, so please do so to ensure you can return if you wish.
  • If you wait more than 35 days after the item is officially delivered by the courier you cannot return/exchange.
  • If you wash, colour or tamper with the hair in any way it cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • No returns will be accepted if the hair has been treated or maintained with products other than the J’adore Hair Supplies Hair Care Range.

Like all hair extension companies, we do not allow opened products to be returned as a matter of hygiene. We cannot refund or exchange ANY item that has been removed from its ties or tampered with in any way.

How should I return my item? 

For our Australian customers, we recommend using an Australia Post Express Satchel when sending the extensions back. This method provides a tracking number which is important as we cannot be responsible for any lost returns.

When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the cardboard backing which is protected by a security seal.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

All orders are dispatched with reliable credible couriers, however on a very rare occasion orders can go missing. If you believe your order has gone missing, please call our customer service team on 1300 308 078 and we will assist with placing an investigation with the courier.

Product Warranty

No returns will be accepted if the hair has been treated or maintained with products other than the J’adore Hair Supplies Hair Care Range.

  • Using products that are NOT part of the Jadore Hair Supplies Hair Care range will void your hair extension warranty.
  • Do not use shampoo and conditioner that contains any Protein, Sulphate, Keratin or a high alcohol content.
  • Jadore Hair Supplies’ Extensions are only guaranteed if applied using Jadore micro beads/replacement tape.
  • Jadore Hair Supplies Extensions are quality guaranteed only when the complete Jadore Hair Care range is used, and our Jadore Maintenance and Care Guide is followed.
  • We do not accept returns after the hair has been applied to the new wearer (unless a manufacturer’s fault arises). 

If this is the case, you will need to be following our warranty policy for us to consider an assessment of the hair.

  • All hair is sold on the condition that the purchaser thoroughly checks the hair to ensure satisfaction with the quality BEFORE it is applied to the wearer and BEFORE the bands are removed.
  • Product guarantee does not cover improper application or treatment of any Jadore Hair Supplies products.

Please note: From time to time there may be variations in colour batches which are beyond our control.

Jadore Hair Supplies does not accept returns due to change of mind after 35 days of receiving your purchase.



As a Jadore stockist it is at the discretion of the hairdresser to properly inform their clients of the correct home hair care and our warranty terms & conditions.
