Colour match questions
How do I match a swatch to my hair?
Hold the swatch against your mid-lengths and ends in daylight, as this is where your extensions will blend. Indoor lighting can make shades look warmer or darker than they are.
Is the swatch redeemable?
Yes. We'll send you a $4.99 code with your swatch order to use on your clip-in extensions. One use per customer.
I'm between two shades. What should I do?
Send us your photos and our team will help you choose, or take the colour quiz.
Can extensions be toned or coloured?
Yes. All Jadore hair can be toned and coloured by a professional hairstylist, just not bleached. Sometimes toning is the final step to a perfect match.
What if the colour isn't right?
