Please utilise our hair colour quiz, view our colour videos and always feel free to email us at 2 photos of your hair in natural light and our friendly customer care team will reply with their suggested colour for you. info@jadorehairsupplies.com.au. Once you’ve received your hair, please hold it up to your ends, and if it doesn’t blend simply keep the ties attached and send it back to us for a different colour or refund.
We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before AEST 1pm, and have various shipping options at checkout from express to standard. If the product is wrong when you receive it, you can absolutely return to us within 35 days provided you keep the ties attached to the hair.
