Each batch of our extensions undergoes rigorous quality control checks, from initial assessment to final packaging, to guarantee consistency in colour, length, and texture. To uphold our quality guarantee, we require that our extensions be applied using Jadore micro beads or replacement tape, and maintained exclusively with our specially formulated hair care range, as outlined in our Maintenance and Care Guide.

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before AEST 1pm, and have various shipping options at checkout from express to standard. If the product is wrong when you receive it, you can absolutely return to us within 35 days provided you keep the ties attached to the hair.
